摘要
本文通过拉伸实验,研究了不同的热处理对TiNiCr丝超弹性的影响。试验表明不同的热处理温度和保温时间对合金超弹性有很大的影响,随着加热温度和保温时间的增加,弹性先增强后减弱;试验表明TiNiCr合金在430℃的退火温度下,保温10-20min可以呈现出良好的完全非线形超弹性。
The effect of heat-treatment on super-elasticity of TiNiCr shape memory alloys were investigated. The test shows the effect of the different heat-treatment temperature and the holding time on TiNiCr super-elasticity is marked. With the growing of temperature and holding time, the elastic turn better first then weakness; When the temperature gets to 430℃ and keep warm for 10-20min,the samples take on non-line super-elasticity entirely.
