摘要
利用Gleeble-1500热/力模拟实验机,研究了新开发的屈服强度600MPa级高强韧耐海洋大气腐蚀钢的相变规律,分析了不同冷却速率对钢组织的影响。结果表明:新开发钢相变开始温度550~650℃,终了相变温度440~530℃;连续冷却转变的显微组织随冷速的增加形态多变。
Gleeble-1500 thermo-simulation machine was employed to study phase transformation for 600MPa(Yield strength) high strength and toughness oceanic weather resistant steels.Effect of cooling rate on microstructure was analyzed.The results showed that the starting temperature of phase transformation is 550-650℃ and the ceasing temperature of phase transformation was 440-530℃.Microstructure conformation with cooling rate was levity.
