摘要 案例教学法是人本主义教育观在教学过程中的具体体现,其教学过程注重传递信息、营造环境、评价效果三个环节;护理案例的选择强调护理与医疗概念的区别,案例的纂写注重其目的性、典型性、知识性、连贯性。高质量护理案例的选择及教学过程的合理设计和组织是搞好案例教学的关键,但案例教学也存在诸如传统教学方式的障碍、时间堆积、学习及实践资料不足的问题。 Case teaching method incarnates the Human Departmentalisnl in the teaching process. It pay more attention to passing information, creating environnlent, evaluating effectiveness, the three segment. When choosing nursing case, it emphasizes the difference between nursing and curing; while writing cases, it notices its aim, typical cases, knowledge, coherence. Choosing high quality nurse case, reasonably designing and organizing the teaching process are the key points of carrying out case teaching method. But the method also exists some problems such as ancient teaching methods obstruction, heaping up time, the short of material of learning and practice.
