哈萨克斯坦共和国自独立以来致力于市场经济和私有化建设,为吸纳国外资本先后颁布了几部关于外商投资的法律法规,初步形成了一套比较全面的外商投资法律体系。该体系全面、具体,充分体现了立法趋势的规范化、世界化。由于整体上法律体系起步较晚,存在许多的缺点与不足,阻碍了哈萨克斯坦共和国与周边国家进一步合作。通过对哈萨克斯坦共和国外商投资法述评,为我国投资者提供一点借鉴。
Kazakhstan has promulgated several about the foreign investment legal laws and regulations in order to buy in the foreign capital successively,and initially forms a set of quite comprehensive foreign investments legal framework,for devoting to the market economy and the privatization construction since the independence.This system is concrete,comprehensive,and fully has manifested the legislation tendency standardization,world.It has many shortcomings and the insufficiency,and has hindered Kazakhstan and the peripheral country further cooperates,because in the whole the legal framework start is later.This article provides a model and the benefit for our country investors,through to Kazakhstan the foreign merchant investment law commentary.
