加强农民环境权的法律保护对社会主义新农村建设的意义重大。我国目前环境保护法律法规体系已经初步形成,但在保护农民环境权方面还存在着诸多不足。应该从完善农村环境保护立法,开展农村环境管理体制改革,增强农村环保执法力度,加强宣传教育,提高农民环保意识等方面入手,加强农民环境权法律保护,更好地维护农民环境权,促进社会主义新农村建设的顺利进行。

To enhance the legal protection of the environmental right of the peasants means a lot to us. At the present time, our country＇s legal system of the protection of the environmental right is formed already. So we should enhance the legal protection of the environmental right of the peasants by reforming our management system of rural environment, consummating the legislation of the legal protection of the environmental right of the peasants, tightening the enforcement of environmental law and increasing environmental publicity and education activities.
