集成控制策略组态和监控组态功能的新型软PLC必然是工控组态软件的发展趋势。本文在分析现有工控组态软件的基础上,提出了新型软PLC的体系结构设计和实现流程,论述了控制策略组态软件模块与监控画面组态软件模块的功能结构以及控制策略组态和监控画面组态之间的数据连接模型。基于这个数据连接模型和功能结构,开发了基于软PLC体系的兼具控制策略组态功能和监控画面组态功能的工控组态软件。

It＇s a new direction for the industry control configuration software that integrates control strategy configuration module with monitoring configuration module. Firstly of all, this paper analyzes the technical characteristics of those arisen industrial control software, Then the structure of the new-type soft PLC and design method are proposed, and expatiates on the function structure of control strategy configuration module and monitoring configuration module and the data exchange technique between control strategy configuration module and animate picture monitoring configuration module. At last, we developed a new-type industrial control configuration software which integrates control strategy configuration function with monitoring configuration function in the light of the data exchange model.
