摘要
通过Cybex等速器中CPM系统对2名肢体Ⅱ、Ⅲ级肌力患者作多种角速度的测试，证实此测试方法有较好的灵敏性和可重复性，为临床评价Ⅲ级以下肌力提供一种客观及较精密的方法，可供临床和科研应用。并对此测试方法的理论与应用作初步探索和讨论。
The MMT Ⅱ、Ⅲ grade muscles of 2 patients were measured with continuous passive motion unite of a Cybex kinematics system. The results suggest that this technique has a good sensitivity and repeatability and may be a subjective and precise method for assessing weak muscles of and below MMT Ⅲ grade.
