Cu-YBaCuO粉末复合材料组织与性能的研究

摘要 预期得到一种具有较高强度而又不降低导电率的铜基粉末复合材料,选用超导陶瓷粉末YBaCuO为强化相,以冷等静压、热挤压等粉末冶金方法研制了两种(Cu-5%YBaCuO和Cu-20%YBaCuO)粉末复合材料。在常温和液氮温度下测试了这两种复合材料的力学性能与导电性能。研究表明,该复合材料低温(77K)时的力学性能优于室温,但导电率并没有改善。其原因在于所加入的四方超导相YBa2Cu3O7-x不稳定而失去超导性能。即使提高Cu2O的含量也没改善这一状况。 To produce mechanical reinforcement of a copper matrix without any loss of conductivity for low temperature applications,it is proposed to replace classical alumina particles by superconducting particles. This paper describes a first attempt to synthesise copper composites containing 5wt% YBaCuO or 20wt% YBaCuO by using a powder processing route. The resulting mechanical and electrical properties are measured at the temperature 77K and 300K. lt shows that it is difficult to clear up the decomposition process of the orthorhombic YBa 2Cu 3O 7 x superconducting phase occurring during the elaboration. Addition of an in situ oxygen donor, such as Cu 2O oxides in the initial powder mixture appears to be insufficient to stabilise the oxygen stoichiometry of the superconducting particles.
