摘要
首次利用实验室自制的微波流动注射分析仪,基于微波场对Vc与钼酸钠反应的加速作用,建立了测定Vc的微波流动注射分析新方法,其线性范围,检测限和分析速度分别为5.00~80.00μg/ml,2.00μg/ml和40次/h.该方法已用于Vc针剂中Vc的定量测定,回收率在93.6%~104.
An on line microwave flow injection system employed to accelerate the reaction of ascorbic acid with Na 2MoO 4 is studied, and a new direct microwave flow injection method for the determination of V c is established. This method is used for the determination microamounts of ascorbic acid in injection Vitamin C. The calibration graph was linear in the range 5.00~80.00 μg/ml. The detection limit was 2.0 μg/ml. Recoveries varied from 93.6% to 104.4%. Sample throughput was 40/h.
