摘要
作者对91名广东外语外贸大学国际商务英语学院学生进行了跨文化敏感水平的测评。研究结果显示:学生的跨文化敏感度总体处于中等水平,在构成跨文化敏感的五个因素中,学生的差异认同感最强,其次是交际参与度、交际愉悦感、交际专注度、交际信心则最弱。
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the level of intercultural sensitivity (ICS) of students. The subjects came from the Business School of English of Guangdong University of Foreign Studies (GDUFS). The results indicated that the students' level of ICS generally remain medium. Among the five constructs of the Intercultural Sensitivity Scale (ISS), students got the highest mark at Respect for Cultural Differences, the second at Interaction Engagement, the third at Interaction Enjoyment, the forth at Interaction Attentiveness, while the lowest mark at Interaction Confidence.
