半导体激光并牵引下推拿法治疗颈椎间盘突出症临床观察

The clinical observation of cervicalprotrusion through semi-conductor laser with manipulation massage treatmant

目的:观察在半导体激光照射配合牵引下推拿法治疗颈椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将患者117例分为2组,治疗组61例,采用半导体激光照射配合牵引下推拿法治疗;对照组56例,采用单纯牵引下推拿法治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为95.1%;对照组有效率为79%。两组比较差异显著P<0.05。结论:半导体激光照射配合牵引下推拿法治疗可明显提高治疗颈推间盘突出症的疗效。

Objectives： This research is to observe the clinical effectiveness of cervicalprotrusion through semi - conductor laser with traction - manipulation massage treatment. Methodology： Patients will be divided into 2 sample groups. 61 of whom shall be treated with semi - conductor laser together with traction - manipulation massage on the treated part, Whilst the other 56 patients, the comparison group, shall be treated only with traction - manipulation massage. The result indicates that the former group has an efficiency rate of 95.1% compared with 79% of the latter. There proves a great difference between these two groups （ p 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： This research concludes that semi conductor laser with traction manipulation massage treatment for cervicalprotrusion can increase the treatment efficiency considerably.
