双胎儿童脑瘫发生状况的分析

The Analysis of the Cerebral Palsy in Twins

目的:探讨双胎儿童的产次、出生体重与脑瘫发病率之间的关系。方法:对28对双胎儿童均进行体检、诊断、临床分型及填写简易病例表格等,并综合分析评定。结果:双胎儿均1例诊断为脑瘫,另1例正常。脑瘫的发生在产次及在有无黄疸史上差异无显著性意义;但在出生体重上差异有显著性意义,出生体重较重的患儿脑瘫发生率较高(P<0.05)。结论:出生体重较重的患儿的双胎儿更容易发生脑瘫,应引起临床重视。

Objective： To explore the relationship between cerebral palsy and the parity, birth weight in twins. Methods： Twenty-eight twins were investigated and one child was diagnosed as having cerebral palsy. Results： The oc currence of cerebral palsy in twins had no significant difference in parity and jaundice. The occurrence of cerebral palsy in twins was related with birth weight （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： In the twins with heavier birth weight, the occurrence of cerebral palsy is higher.
