数值模拟金属靶抗侵彻中的网格密度影响研究 被引量:6

摘要 在数值模拟中,有限元网格的数量对计算结果和计算成本都有较大的影响。采用MSC.Patran建立了弹体侵彻金属靶板的计算模型,并利用MSC.Dytran对所建模型进行了计算;结合相关的理论,对不同网格密度划分的有限元模型的计算结果进行了分析,并和实验进行了对比,得到了数值模拟弹体侵彻金属装甲中靶板的最佳网格数量。当网格无因次量μ=0.10时,所得到的数值模拟结果与实际吻合得较好:当厚度方向的网格数取为12个时,文中所采用的模型能较好地模拟弹体对靶板的侵彻效果。 The number of meshing has a great effect on the calculating results and the cost in numerical simulating. The models of the projectile penetrating the metal armor by MSC. Patran was constructed. The finite element models were calculated by MSC. Dytran. According to the calculating and the experimental results and the relative theory, the results were analyzed. From the analysis, the optimum meshing number of the targets was found. Numerical results accords with the experimental When μ is equal to 0.10; The models applied in the paper correctly simulates the penetrating performance when the mesh number of the depth is equal to 12.
