摘要
测定分析小麦的蛋白质含量和硬度。采用近红外仪对宿州、涡阳18个半冬性小麦品种的蛋白质含量和硬度进行测定并比较。宿州和涡阳的小麦蛋白质含量有显著性差异,硬度无显著性差异。宿州地区小麦之间蛋白质含量偏差小,硬度偏差较大。同一地区不同品种之间差异是由品种本身基因决定的,不同地区同一品种之间差异是由环境因素决定的,不同地区不同品种间差异是品种×环境互作引起的。小麦品质不仅和小麦本身品种有关,而且和环境有关。
The protein content and hardness of wheat were determined and analyzd in the experiment.The protein content and hardness of 18 semi-winter wheat varieties collected from Suzhou and Guoyang were determined with near infrared spectrometer and compared with each other.There was significant difference in protein content and no significant difference in hardness of the wheat varieties from Suzhou and Guoyang.The deviation of protein content was smaller and the deviation of hardness was bigger among the wheat in Suzhou district.The differences among different varieties in the same area were decided by the gene in the variety.The differences in the same variety in different areas were decided by the environmental factors.The differences among different varieties in different districts were caused by the genotype × environment interaction.The wheat quality was related not only to the variety,but also to environment.
