摘要
本文细致地估算了1979~2005年间我国固定资本投入,以第三产业劳动力投入占比作为技术水平的替代变量所估计的我国总量生产函数表现出规模报酬不变的特征,说明了以第三产业劳动力投入占比作为1979~2005年我国技术水平替代变量的合意性。此外,我国技术进步率和技术进步贡献率在1979~2005年间的波动与我国经济体制改革的进程存在着惊人的一致性。
The paper estimates carefully the fixed capital input in China from 1979 to 2005, and takes the labor input proportion of tertiary industry as a substitute variable for technology to estimate the aggregate production function. The result shows that the aggregate production function has the characteristic of constant return to scale, which ac- counts for the acceptability of taking the labor input proportion of tertiary industry as a substitute variable for technology to estimate the aggregate production function in China between 1979 and 2005. Furthermore, the technical change and its contr/bution rate to e- conomic growth between 1979 and 2005 have the striking consistency with the process of China's economic system reforrr.
