摘要
依据800M跑集速度、速度耐力、耐力于一体的特点,间歇训练法采用不同的间歇时间、跑动的距离和强度,发展运动员非乳酸供能,肌糖原、无氧酵解及有氧代谢的能力。
According to the characteristic of the 800-meter running,including the rate,the rate patience and the patience,the intermittent training method can promote runners' capacity of ATP-CP,muscle length、anaerobic glycolysis and aerobic metabolism by using various time intervals and various running space and intensity.
