摘要 用扫描电镜对罗非鱼(Tilapia mossambica Peter)鳃表面形态结构进行了详细观察研究,结果表明:鳃耙、鳃弓、鳃丝和鳃小片的上皮细胞各具有不同的形态结构特点。鳃耙、鳃弓和鳃丝的上皮细胞均具有刻纹,但不同部位的微嵴形态有差异,如排列方式、宽度和长度,这些形态结构特点是与其生理功能密切相关的。 The submicroscopic morphological structure of the gill surface of Tilapia mossambica Peters was observed and studied in detail. The results demonstrate that the external morphological structures of the gill rakes, gill arches and gill filaments show the presence of various features, such as the width and length of the annular ridges and lines. The possible physiological functions of these morphological characteristics of gills are discussed.
