蘑菇顶硅质球式热风炉的设计与应用研究

摘要 本文叙述在小型高炉上使用硅质球式热风炉的应用.热风炉内壁采用硅质混凝土,耐火球采用φ45mm 的硅质球.在冶金工厂的运行表明:热风温度为1040~1150℃,最高热风温度达1280℃.研究表明:硅质球式热风炉提高热风温度200~300℃,降低了焦比,增加了产量. In this paper,the study of silica spheroid-bed hot blast stove for small blast furnace is described.The inwall of the stove is made of silica concrete and the refractory bails are 45mm in diameter.The operational res- ults in a metallurgical factory indicated that the hot blast temperature is 1040~ 1150℃ and the highest hot blast temperature is 1280℃,it shows that the hot blast temperature in the silica spheroid-bed hot blast stove is increased by 200~ 300℃,the coke ratio is reduced and the outputs increase.
