该文从石榴汁、石榴皮、石榴花、石榴叶和石榴籽介绍了石榴的营养保健功能,并对其开发的产品如石榴酒、石榴果汁饮料、石榴冰淇淋和石榴保健醋工艺进行了介绍。
The nourishment and healthy-care function of the granatum, the pomegranate flower, leaf and seed were introduced.In addition ,corresponding products, including drink, beverage, ice cream and vinegar of pomegranates were introduced in this paper.
