吻合器在预防低位直肠癌术后吻合口漏中的应用

Application of Stapler in the Prevention of Anastomotic Leakage after the Excision of Low Rectal Carcinoma

为探讨减少低位直肠癌手术后吻合口漏发生的方法，回顾分析应用端端吻合器吻合的35例低位直肠癌患者的临床资料，结果显示，35例中，2例发生了吻合口漏，发生率为5．7％。结果表明，精细的术中操作，肠断端良好的血供，端端吻合器吻合可达到较低的吻合口漏的发生率。

The clinical data of 35 cases who had undergone radical resection of low rectal carcinoma and end to end stapling anastomosis were analized in an attempt to reduce the occurrence of anastomotic leakage. Results revealed that anastomotic leakage occurrence rate was 5.7%（2/35）. It is suggested that end to end stapling anastomosis can ensure a lower occurrence rate of anastomotic leakage,on the basis of intraoperative exquisite manipulation and good blood supply at the end of intestine.
