不同时期我国卫生服务综合评价研究

Comprehensive Evaluation Study on Health Services at Different Stages in China

为了解我国卫生资源配置现状,利用3次全国卫生服务调查资料,采用世界卫生组织提出的卫生服务综合评价模式对我国卫生服务进行综合评价。结果显示,我国多数地区卫生资源配置不平衡,有进一步加重趋势,建议注意调整卫生资源投入与卫生服务需要和利用水平之间的关系,达到卫生资源配置的帕累托最优状态。

To better understand the current situation of health resources allocation of China, the national health services survey data and the method of comprehensive evaluation on health services advanced by World Health Organization were used in this study. The results showed that the health resources allocation is not as good as expected and it seems to be more serious now, The relationship among health resource input, health need and service use should be adjusted to reach the aim of Pareto optimal of resources use.
