引进日本裙带菜苗种风险性分析 被引量:4

Risk Analysis of Undaria Pinnitafida Seedling Imported from Japan

摘要 〔目的〕通过对我国引进日本裙带菜苗种进行的风险分析,为引种日本裙带菜苗种决策提供技术支持。〔方法〕引进日本裙带菜苗种携带基因、优美德利菌、火神弧菌、钩凝菜、IPNV等危害,因而对进口后危害的暴露、扩散、感染的可能性进行了评估。〔结果〕基因危害的释放和暴露风险都高;优美德利菌、火神弧菌的释放风险较低,而暴露风险高,综合风险低,但优美德利菌的危害是毁灭性的。钩凝菜的释放风险为高风险,但暴露风险非常低;IPNV的综合风险可忽略。〔结论〕采取高排分隔养殖的方法,能有效地控制杂交的发生,降低基因的暴露风险;优美德利菌和火神弧菌对裙带菜养殖的危害很大,但如加强隔离检验,限定引进产地,严格执行《裙带菜引种检疫的一般卫生要求》《、裙带隔离检疫场条件》和《裙带隔离检疫方法》的要求,可有效地防止疾病的发生。 Objective To provide the essential technical support and evidence to decision-making on introducing Undaria Pinnitafida seedling from Japan, this article analyzed its risks accordingly. Method The potential hazards caused by exposure, spreading, and infected by Undaria pinnitafida Seedling were analyzed after Deleya Venusta, Vibrio logei, IPNNC (Inftious pancreatic necrosis virus), and Campy laephora hypnaeoides, which were carried with the Undariapinnitafida seedling, have been imported. Result The risks of genetic exposare and hazards were higher comparing with that of Deleya Venusta, Vibrio Logei. Although the risk of Vibrio logei was lower, the hazards were destructive. The risk of Compylaephora hypnaeoides were high,and the probability of exposure was less. The general risks of IPNV could be ignored. Conclusion The hgpsi-abjoint culturing could effectively lower the genetic risk. And the hazards caused by Delega Venusta and Vibrio logei were tremendous, unless enhancing inspection and quarantine, and strictly implementing the General Sanitary Requirement for Undariapinnitafida, Reguhions on Undariapinnitafida isolation on Site and Testing and Quarantine Method, which could be effectively, prevent the spreading of diseases.
