摘要
目的了解北京市郊区公共卫生人力资源现状,为培养实用型基层公共卫生人才提供理论依据。方法随机抽取北京市4个郊区(县)疾病预防控制中心和20个乡镇社区卫生服务中心,对单位领导者进行个人访谈和对公共卫生专业技术人员进行公共卫生知识的问卷调查。结果北京市郊区现有公共卫生人员数量低于所需比例要求,卫生保健人员学历水平偏低,职称结构不平衡,非专业人员较多,专业知识水平较低。结论亟需解决北京市郊区公共卫生人才的需求,促进北京市公共卫生事业的整体发展。
Objective To understand the current condition of suburb public health human resources in Beijing, in order to provide a practical, theoretical foundation for capacity- building among Beijing's grass- root slevel public health professionals, Methods 4 Centers for Disease Control and Prevention(CDC) and 20 community health centers in suburb (County) in Beijing were chosen randamly for the study. Their leaders were interviewed respectively. Questionnaires of public health knowledge were employed among the public health nrofessionals. Results The skill- level of public health professionals was inadequate in the suburbs of Beijing, where educational levels were low, The structure of the technical posts was unbalanced, The majority were non - professionals. The professional knowledge level was low. Conclusion There is an urgent need to address the demands on public health professionals of suburb health branch in order to advance the overall development of health care in Beijing.
