地塞米松对复方亚甲兰止痛剂临床效果的影响观察

Observation of influence of dexamethasone on the clinical effect of long-acting methylene blue compound

目的:观察地塞米松对复方亚甲兰止痛剂临床效果的影响。方法:将100例多发混合痔术后患者,分为增加地塞米松局封的观察组和使用传统复方亚甲兰止痛剂的对照组,对其并发症和长效止痛的情况进行对比观察。结果:观察组在出现术后反跳痛、创缘水肿、皮桥融合出现方面明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。而两组的长效止痛效果没有显著性差异。结论:在复方亚甲兰长效剂中添加地塞米松是一种降低亚甲兰局部注射不良反应的有效方法。

Objective：To investigate the analgesic effect of long-acting methylene blue compound plus dexamethasone. Methods： One hundred patients were injected subcutaneously long-acting methylene blue compound plus dexamethasone （the experimental group） or only methylene blue compound （the control group） after operation for mixed hemorrhoids. The clinical effect and complications were recorded. Results. Less pain after operation, less wound edge edema and fused skin bridge was found in the experimental group than in the control group（ P〈0.05）. But there was no significant difference in long-acting analgesic effect between the two groups. Conclusion： Adding dexamenthssone is a valid method to reduce the side effect of long-acting methylene blue compound regionally injected.
