摘要
我国目前关于高校毕业生平等就业权立法机制和司法制度尚不完善、还存在制度性就业歧视和用人单位的个体性就业歧视现象。借鉴国际反就业歧视立法成功经验,建立高校毕业生就业歧视审查机制、完善反就业歧视立法,以构建我国高校毕业生平等就业权保护的法律制度。
At present, the law for university students' equal job-seeking rights is imperfect, such as systematic discrimination and the individual discrimination of the employer etc. Borrowing from the international successful experience of antijob-seeking discrimination, we should establish the examination system for job-seeking discrimination, and perfect the legislation of anti-iob-seeking discrimination to construct the legal protection system for equal job-seeking rights.
