Adverse Drug Reactions Induced by Traditional Chinese Drugs

目的:探讨中药不良反应增多的原因。方法:对中药不良反应的概念、以中药名称冠名的药品不良反应的实际情况、中药不良反应的统计方式以及中西药合用情况加以分析。结果与结论:中药不良反应相对西药而言并不算多;应科学、客观地评价中药不良反应,加大监测力度,不断提高学术水平,正确合理地应用中药。

OBJECTIVE： To probe into the reasons why there has been increase in the adverse drug reactions （ADRs） induced by traditional Chinese drugs. METHODS： The concept of ADRs induced by traditional Chinese drugs, the naming, the actual condition, and the statistical methods of ADRs induced by traditional Chinese drugs as well as the combined use of traditional Chinese drugs with western medicines were analyzed. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION： The ADRs induced by tradi- tional Chinese drugs were less than those induced by western medicines, which should be evaluated scientifically and objec- tively. We should tighten control on ADRs monitoring and improve our academic level to achieve a correct and rational ad- ministration of traditional Chinese drugs.
