摘要 采用田间观测的方法,研究了贺兰山东麓地区7个酿酒葡萄品种的糖分质量分数及积累特征。结果表明:不同酿酒葡萄品种的糖分积累速率不同,成熟期糖分质量分数存在品种间差异;在转色至成熟期,所有酿酒葡萄品种的糖分质量分数均呈"S"型,可用Logistic模型拟和,并且模拟效果良好;不同酿酒葡萄品种糖分积累规律稍有不同。 An experiment was conducted to study the accumulation characteristic of sugar in seven wine grape varieties at the east- ern foot of Helan Mountain. Result indicates that the accumulation rates of sugar are different between different wine grape varieties, and there are differences in sugar contents between the varieties during the mature period. The sugar contents of all the wine grape varieties appear S-curve from color-turning stage to mature period, and can be well simulated by Logistic model. A slight difference in accumulation characteristics of sugar was found between different wine grape varieties.
