摘要
开发了一个三维柱坐标系下冷却壁传热的计算机软件。应用该软件在给定的假设条件下研究了高炉带凸台冷却壁的温度分布情况,同时研究了炉内对流换热系数、冷却水速度、水管间距及砖衬厚度对冷却壁和耐火材料温度分布的影响,以及冷却壁设计弧形半径的作用。
A three-dimensional heat transfer program in the cylinder coordinate system had been developed. Using this program, the temperature profile for flanged stave of blast furnace has been calculated in given conditions and in the same time, the influence of heat transfer coefficient in the furnace, velocity of the cooling water, distance between two pipes, and thickness of the lining has been studied. In addition, the effect of radius of the stave is discussed.
