摘要
1991年,萍钢4号高炉中修时采用了以炉身上部带凸台镶砖冷却壁的头部平面作为砌砖基础面来砌筑炉身上部炉墙(其它掉砖部位不予修复)、并在炉身上部增设支梁式水箱的中修改造方法。中修改造后5年多的生产实践表明,冷却壁无一漏水,高炉生产正常。
In 1991,such methods were adopted during the mid-repair of the No.4 BF at Pingxiang Iron & Steel Works as laying the furnace wall of the upper stack using the top surface of the brick-lined cooling stave with nose as the base-level of laying brick (other collapsed bricks were not be restored) ,and installing the supporting-beam type cooling boxs on the upper stack.The production of No.4 BF for over five years since the mid-repair shows that no water leakage has occurred on cooling staves and the BF operation is normal.
