摘要 以铝灰为原料,用一步酸溶法制备了高效聚合氯化铝。对铝灰、HCl、水三者配比以及反应温度、反应时间、熟化温度、熟化时间、搅拌速度等参数对聚合氯化铝的性能影响进行了实验研究,确定了制备聚合氯化铝的最佳工艺条件。产品的各项指标达到了相关国家标准,对工业化生产具有一定的指导意义。外加磁场后,沉降速度明显提高。 The efficient PAC was prepared utilizing aluminum ash by one-step acid dissolve way. We studied the factors affecting the property of PAC, such as the ratio of alfoil to hydrochloric acid to water, the reaction temperature, reaction time, ripening temperature, ripening time and the stir of speed and so on. Then the optimum technological conditions were determined. The product qualities accorded with the demands of the standard, and would conduct the industrial production. With the magnetic field's help the flocs settling speed was improved apparently.
