摘要
四连杆机构的设计是液压支架设计的重点和难点。鉴于此,应用VB编程软件,开发了一套可视化的四连杆机构程序设计系统,实现了四连杆机构的参数化设计,并且得出了顶梁前端点的运动轨迹和对应的坐标值。使用该系统,可以减轻设计人员的劳动强度,提高设计效率。
Design of four - bar linkage is emphasis and difficulty of hydraulic support. In consideration of this, with VB programming system, a set of visible programming system of four - bar linkage is developed. Parameterized design of four - bar linkage is realized, and obtain the motion trajectory of end point of top - beam and its coordinate value. The system can reduce labor intensity of designer and increase the efficiency.
