摘要
鸡腿菇多糖是鸡腿菇中重要的生物活性成分,本文就鸡腿菇多糖的制备、化学结构及鸡腿菇多糖的免疫药理作用、产品开发进行综述,并提出鸡腿菇多糖研究的发展方向。
