摘要
对IN718合金在1020℃下以应变速率0.01进行变形量为40%的等温锻造,并对锻造过程进行数值模拟,预测了涡轮盘件锻造载荷的情况。试验结果表明:经等温锻造后IN718合金具有细晶组织,晶粒度为ASTM10级,其力学性能高于指标要求。通过数值模拟等温锻过程并与试验结果对比可以看出:数值模拟等温锻造过程中变形量与成形件几何尺寸。
The isothermal forging of IN718 at 1020℃ and strain rate 0.01 with deformation of 40% was carried out, its forging process was simulated, and the load of the forging process of turbine disk was predicted. The test results show that the IN718 alloy after forging has the best mechanical properties with the refine grain of ASTM10.The results of the simulation indicate that the simulation is coincident with the test in the aspect of deformation amount, the size of the forged piece, the exert load and the materials damage during the isothermal forging.
