摘要
目的观察氟作用下小鼠切牙成釉细胞结构的变化,探讨其改变在氟牙症形成过程中的作用。方法建立小鼠氟牙症模型。通过透射电镜观察成釉细胞的超微结构的变化。结果透射电镜示实验组成釉细胞细胞器减少,线粒体肿胀,Tome突极不规则或消失,釉质变薄。结论氟影响成釉细胞超微结构,继而导致其功能异常,与氟牙症形成有相关性。
Objective To get more formation mechanisms of dental fluorosis to observe structure of mice incisor ameloblast. Methods Develop the mice dental fluorosis model. Observe the change of uhrastructure of ameloblast by means of transmission electron microscope. Ruselts TEM showed that the uhrastructure of ameloblasts on the test groups was changed: the number of organelle was decreased, mitochondria were tumid, Some cells displayed induce apoptosis. Conclusion Fluoride can effect the uhrastracture which is related with dental fluorosis.
