摘要
通过对107例新鲜（8h以内）开放性胫骨骨折及22例术后感染情况的分析，认为引起感染的原因是多方面的，治疗中应采用综合手段，以努力将感染降低到最低点。
One hundred seven patients with fresh open tibial fractures (in the 8hours) having postoperative infection were investigated. It was found that there are many reasons giving rise to infect1on. it is necessary to use the multiple meth-ods in order to decrease infective rate as less as possible
