On Comparative Study of Supervising and Regulating on Franchising

特许经营自19世纪诞生以来,在世界上获得了蓬勃的发展,并在越来越多的国家经济增长中扮演着举足轻重的角色,加强对其的监管也成为各国市场监管的焦点。随着我国加入世界贸易组织,取消了对外商从事特许经营业务的市场准入限制,特许经营在我国的发展也日益迅猛,因此我国也应在立法、市场监管和行业自律等方面加强对特许经营的监督管理。

Since arising in 19th, franchising has been developed overwhelmingly in worldwide, and played important role in more and more countries＇ economic going-up. So strengthening the supervising and regulating of franchising has been the focus of market-monitor of some countries. With China has entered WTO and abolished the restrict of market-admittance, franchising has gained more progress. So we also enhance the supervising of franchising by virtue of legislation or market-monitor and trade self-discipline.
