摘要 研究了蓝莓品种公爵、美登、蓝丰、康维尔、北陆、斯卫克、北蓝、北村嫩枝扦插的生根率;并以北陆为试材,进行了不同基质扦插、不同质量分数的不同生根剂处理插穗、不同扦插时间、不同插穗类型对生根影响的试验,结果表明:8个品种嫩枝扦插生根率依次为86.3%、68.9%、66.7%、66.4%、45.3%、42.5%、31.0%、28.3%;嫩枝扦插以泥炭藓作为基质最好;以IBA1000×10-6速蘸,NNA150×10-6、IBA50×10-6或"ABT2号"50×10-6浸泡插穗基部2h,效果较好;在7月中旬用生根剂IBA处理插穗,取自枝条中部的生根率最高。 The rooting rates of softwood cuttings from eight varieties of blueberry, Duke, Blomidon, Bluecrop, Coville, Northland, Brunswick, Northblue and Northconty, were analysed, and the effects of substrate, cutting time, root growth promoting agents at different concentrations and slip type on the rooting rate were also studied by using Northland softwood cuttings as testing materials. Results indicate that the rooting rates of different varieties mentioned above are 86.3%, 68. 9%, 66.7% , 66.4%, 45.3%, 42.5%, 31.0% and 28.3%, respectively. The best substrate for cutting is Sphagnum. A better result can be achieved by treating the slip with rooting agents IBA ( 1 000 ×10^-6 ) by the quick dipping method, or immerse the basal portion in NNA ( 150×10^-6), IBA (50 ×10^-6) or‘ ABT 2' (50 ×10^-6) for 2 hours. The slips from the middle part of cutting shoots treated with IBA and sampled in mid-July have higher rooting rates.
