摘要 随着人类疾病谱的变化及经济社会的进步,人们对健康和生活质量提出了新的和更高的要求,从而促使我国预防医学与公共卫生职能的转变,也对预防医学专业的人才培养提出了新的要求.营养与食品卫生学作为预防医学的主干学科也将面临新的挑战,如何培养能够适应现代生活需要的预防医学人才,促进全民健康,我们针对《营养与食品卫生学》教学中存在的问题,进行了积极的改革与实践. With the change of human disease table and the advancement of economy, people has brought forward newer and higher request to health and life quality, which has urged the functional change of our preventive medicine and public health and raised the new request for the special personnel training of preventive medicine. Nutrition and food hygiene, as the main discipline of preventive medicine, will also be confronted with new challenges. We carried out active reform and practice, according to the problems in the teaching of "Nutrition and Food Hygiene", about how to cultivate the people with ability of the preventive medicine that modem life needs and promote the health of the whole nation.
