摘要
三峡工程施工通航是一项复杂的系统工程,明渠具有通过能力大的特点,是二期重点通航的主要通道,充分发挥明渠在二期通航中的作用十分重要。临时船闸是汛期的主要通道,其单独运行通过能力不能满足运量要求,缓解此期间通航矛盾的关键是加强运输组织。
The navigation during the period of the construction of the Three Gorges Project will be a complicate system works.The open channel, a main passage for the second stage navigation and with a huge traffic capacity, will play a very important role in the second stage construction.The temporary shiplock will be a main way during the flood periods but have not adequate traffic capacity when it operates lonely. The answer will be to strengthen the transport organization of the ships,so as to mitigate this contradiction.
