Integrative Administration System of Preventive and Health Care Information in Hospital Based on HIS

目的实现疾病报告和监测管理、慢性病的监测和统计分析、免疫规划和妇幼信息的统计和上报等工作的自动化。方法在医院信息化系统内建立《上报疾病诊断字典》和报告卡,主动搜索医生诊断,使需报疾病一旦诊断便自动报告;自动识别、提取、整合和统计HIS中的相关信息,建立HIS与LIS、PACS之间的信息共享程序,形成上报疾病自动查漏、门诊日志自动填充和各种统计报表自动生成的信息体系。结果使疾病漏报检查自动化,门诊日志、传染病登记、化验阳性结果登记和各种报表自动生成;使防保科工作从手工操作转为信息自动化,从技术上消灭了疾病报告的迟报、漏报或错报现象。结论本系统可提高医院预防保健工作质量和效率,能对传染病和其他疾病进行实时监控,为控制疫情赢得宝贵时间。

Objective To build the integrative administration system of preventive and health care information in hospital based on the HIS platform to form the information automation, including diseases report and surveillance and management, diseases statistic and analysis. Methods ①Diseases reporting： To establish the “legal and mandatory reporting diseases dictionary” and reporting cards in the HIS. It will search the diagnoses in the doctor＇s station. When the diagnoses is sameness, it will link the reporting card and the reporting course will carry through automatically.②Identify, distill, conform and statistic the relative message in the HIS.Through building the message sharing process between HIS, LIS and PACS to form the system of automatically checking the leaking reporting, writing outpatient treatment log and statistic report forms.Results The system technically perished the disease late reporting, leak reporting and false reporting. It makes the back-check of reporting automatically. It can form the outpatient treatment log, contagious disease register, laboratory positive results register and reporting forms automatically. It changes the work of defend and protection department from handwork into information automatic.Conclusion The system can enhance the quality and efficiency of work of defend and protection department. It can monitor the contagious diseases and other mandatory diseases in real-time. That will earn the valuable time for controlling epidemic situation.
