重复经颅磁刺激右侧半球对卒中后失语康复的影响

The Influence of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation of Right Hemisphere on Recovery of Aphasia After Stroke

摘要 近年来的研究表明,右侧半球可能对左侧半球的语言处理有调节作用。文章综述了优势半球卒中失语右侧半球的代偿机制以及重复经颅磁刺激右侧半球对语言功能康复的影响。 Studies in recent years have suggested that right cerebral hemisphere may have regulation effects on the language process of left cerebral hemisphere. This article reviews the compensation mechanism of predominate hemisphere during aphasia following right hemisphere stroke and the influence of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation of right cerebral hemisphere on language rehabilitation.
