东道国共享性高级资源与跨国经营企业竞争优势

Sharing High-level Resource of Host Country and Competitive Advantage of Enterprise under Transnational Operations

根据资源基础理论(RBV)基本分析框架,本文提出东道国共享性高级资源具备获取李嘉图租金的各种特质,并采用数理统计的研究方法,对东道国共享性高级资源与跨国经营企业竞争优势之间的相关关系进行实证分析,进而验证东道国共享性高级资源是跨国经营企业获取竞争优势的重要源泉。

According to the basic analysis framework of RBV, this paper points out that the sharing high-level resource of host country has all characters of Ricardo rent acquirment, and an empirical study is given to analyze the correlation between the sharing high-level resource of host country and the competitive advantage of enterprise under transnational operations, then to verify that the sharing high-level resource of host country is an important source of competitive advantage.
