大孔吸附树脂富集豆粕中大豆异黄酮的工艺研究 被引量:4

摘要 以高效液相色谱法测定豆粕中大豆异黄酮的含量为考察指标,比较4种不同型号大孔树脂对大豆异黄酮的吸附解吸性质,从中筛选出的AB-8型树脂为最佳的吸附解吸树脂,结果AB-8型大孔吸附树脂可以吸附50mL的大豆异黄酮浓缩液,70%乙醇为解吸剂,解吸体积2BV时可以使富集与纯化后豆粕中大豆异黄酮洗脱率达90%以上。 HPLC was applied to determine the content of soybean isoflavons in soybean residue. Macroporous resin AB-8 was selected by comparing the properties of adsorption and desorption of 4 types of macroporous resins for determination of soybean isoflavones. Results showed macroporous resin AB-8 could adsorb 50 milliliter concentrated liquid of soybean isoflavons. Taking 70% alcohol as eluant, over 90% of soybean isoflavons was eluted from macroporous resin AB-8 when elution volume was 2 bed volume.
