摘要
利用ANSYS有限元软件对辊套建立二维稳态分析模型,解决了辊套传热中存在质量传输的问题;ANSYS热分析揭示了在轧制过程中辊套的温度场分布规律,并在温度场分析的基础上,通过转换分析单元及网格重划,作ANSYS热结构耦合分析,实现热应力和外载荷的热结构耦合分析,得到辊套的应力场分布规律;并结合生产实践分析辊套疲劳失效的原因。
Using ANSYS Finite Element Analysis Software established roller's two-dimension steady model, the model solved mass transfers problem in the roller's heat transfer;ANSYS thermal analysis indicated the distributed rule of thermalfield in the casting. Through switching analytic element and remeshing the model, the roll's thermal-structural coupled analysis continued to be analyzed based on thermal field, it realized thermal stress and mechanical load coupled simulation, and gained the rule of roller's stress field. The paper analyzed the cause of roll shell's thermal fatigue in the production.
