摘要
通过对传统粗纱吊锭结构和退绕张力的分析,指出其存在的弊端;对粗纱吊锭结构进行创新,可有效解决粗纱在退绕过程中摩擦阻力大、吊脚易脱落、使用寿命短的难题,对减少粗纱退绕时意外伸长和成纱长细节有积极作用。
Analysis of the structure and the rewinding tension of the conventinal suspended spindle roving finds its disadvantages. Innovation of the structure of the suspended spindle roving solves the problems such as big friction in rewinding process, easy slippage of the suspended foot and short service life, thus good for reduction of accidental extension of roving rewinding and yarn snicks.
