信任和专业化分工是影响我国家族企业治理机制选择的主要变量。本文通过动态地阐释我国家族企业的信任结构、家族主义信任的拓展及信任、专业化分工程度对家族企业治理机制选择的影响,提出了一个基于信任与专业化分工双维度的家族企业治理机制选择的综合性描述框架,即家族企业主在权衡受信任程度影响的交易成本和受专业化分工程度影响的企业效率的基础上,相机地选择古典式治理、泛家族式治理、网络式治理和现代式治理机制。

Trust and specialized division of labor are the main variables which influence the family business to choose governance mechanisms. Through dynamic interpretation of the trust structure of the family enterprises, the development of trust of clannishness , and the influence on the family business governance mechanisms choice by the degree of trust and professional division, this article makes a comprehensive description framework of family business governance mechanisms choice from the two - dimension based on trust and specialized division, i. e., the family business owners, through weighing the transaction costs （influenced by trust） and the efficiency of the enterprises （influenced by the professional division） , choosing classical governance, pan - family management, network management and modem governance mechanism accordingly.
