摘要
讨论了PANA含量在某型航空润滑油中的变化规律,采用PANA含量和传统理化指标对该航空润滑油进行了状况监控,并对监控的结果进行了灰色关联度计算,揭示了PANA含量与传统理化指标之间的关系,指出PANA含量能较好地反映航空润滑油的热氧化衰变情况,为润滑油状况监控及故障诊断技术提供了一种新的分析方法。
The changing principle of PANA quantity in certain aerial lubricating oil is discussed in this paper,and the condition monitoring for the aerial lubricating oil is also carried out according to PANA quantity and traditional physicochemical index.Then this paper calculates the grey relation grade of monitoring result,and reveales the relationship between PANA quantity and traditional physicochemical index,and finally pointes out that PANA quantity can represent the hot oxidation stability of the aerial lubricating oil,which offers a new analytic method for the condition monitoring and fault diagnostic technology of the aerial lubricating oil.
