摘要
广东省中山市2栋建筑桩基施工后经检测承载力大幅度降低,经分析是桩端持力层受水软化(崩解),基桩下沉量变大所致。采取针对性措施,可以减轻损失。
It was detected that the load capacity of the completed pile foundations of 2 buildings in Zhongshan, Guangdong declined greatly. Analysis indicated that it was caused by serious settlement under the foundation due to water softening of the bearing stratum at pile end. Taking purposive measures may reduce the loss thus caused.
