摘要
采用规模为10m^3/d的反应沉淀一体式矩形环流生物反应器进行了处理城市污水的中试研究。试验结果表明,系统对COD的平均去除率可达85%以上,对氨氮的平均去除率〉77%,对总磷的平均去除率〉79%;出水无色且COD〈60mg/L、NH3-N〈10mg/L、总氮〈20mg/L、总磷〈1.5mg/L、SS〈20mg/L,基本达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)的一级B标准。由于污泥浓度较高(约为6000mg/L)而溶解氧浓度较低(1-3mg/L),可在菌胶团内部形成缺氧和厌氧环境,实现了同步脱氮除磷。
A pilot-scale test on treatment of urban wastewater was carried out using the reaction - precipitation integrative rectangular air-lift loop reactor ( 10 m^3/d). The results show that the removal rates of COD, NH3 -N and TP are above 85%, 77% and 79% respectively. The effluent is colorless, and COD, NH3 - N, TN, TP and SS are under 60 mg/L, 10 mg/L, 20 mg/L, 1.5 mg/L and 20 mg/L respectively, reaching the Ⅰ-B criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918 -2002). Due to a high MLSS concentration of 6 000 mg/L, and low DO concentration of 1 -3 mg/L, simultaneous nitrification and denitrification can be achieved under the anoxic and anaerobic environment in zoogloea.
