摘要
目的观察滋阴明目丸对湿性老年性黄斑变性的临床疗效。方法将确诊为湿性AMD患者64例(73只眼)按就诊先后次序分为滋阴明目丸组和明目地黄丸组。分别给予相应药物治疗,30天为1疗程,连续3个疗程。观察治疗前后远视力、眼底出血、血液流变、血脂及中医症状积分的情况。结果两组药物均有治疗湿性老年性黄斑变性的作用,滋阴明目丸组疗效优于明目地黄丸组(P<0.05)。结论滋阴明目丸对湿性老年性黄斑变性有一定的治疗作用。
OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effect of Ziyin Mingmu Pills（滋阴明目丸）on the patients with age - related macular degeneration（AMD）.METHODS All the 64 cases of AMD were randomly divided into two groups： Ziyin Mingmu Pills group（ n = 32） and Mingmu Dihuang Pills（ 明目地黄丸） group（ n = 32）. Gave correspond drug treat- ment respectively for 3 courses, 30 days as a course of treatment. The following clinical indexes of curative effect were observed before and after treatment： vision, fundus hemorrhage, blood fats, hemorheoloy and the multiple scores of manifestation of TCM. RESULTS Both groups had the function for treating AMD. Compared the clinical effect, Ziyin Mingmu Pills group was superior to Mingmu Dihuang Pills group（ P 〈 0.05）. CONCLUSIONS Ziyin Mingmu Pills had a certain effect on AMD.
